October 1-5

This week, students will continue plucking D and A string notes on PAGE 5 in the Essential Elements book. Students should be using the accompaniment CD for practice at home. It is the same CD we use in class and will help with steady rhythm. There will be a QUIZ on #9 at the next lesson.

We are also learning about the BOW this week. The bow hold is very difficult and it takes students many weeks to master it. Please encourage your child to show you a proper bow hold.
